    By the square foot

    Pay for exactly your size.

    When a project lands between packages, you're priced by the square foot, so a property that just edges past a tier pays for its footage, not the next package up. You get the deliverables of whichever tier your footage falls into, including that tier's walk/fly-through. Modeling is included at every size.

    Pricing questions

    How much does architectural rendering cost?+

    Three transparent packages: Concept at $500 (1–2 images for projects under 3,000 sq ft), Collector at $2,000 (up to 3,000 sq ft), and Curator at $4,000 (up to 6,000 sq ft, including a 90-second walk/fly-through). Projects that land between packages are priced at $0.90 per square foot with a $1,500 minimum.

    Is 3D modeling included in the price?+

    Yes. Modeling is included in every package and at every size — the price you see covers the full pipeline from your plans to final deliverables.

    How long does delivery take?+

    Concept packages deliver in about 5 days, Collector in 2–3 weeks, and Curator in 4–5 weeks. Need it sooner? Rush delivery is +25% of the project total for 25% faster turnaround, subject to queue availability.

    Are revisions included?+

    Collector and Curator packages include 2–3 revision rounds. We refine the exact scope with you before work begins, so revisions are about polish, not surprises.

    What if my project is larger than 6,000 sq ft?+

    Larger residences, commercial projects, and multi-building developments are scoped individually. Tell us about the project and we'll put together a custom quote.

    Do you work with clients outside Utah?+

    Yes — we're based in Southern Utah and serve clients nationwide. The entire process is digital: send your plans, review renders online, and receive final files ready for marketing.
